Please understand I'm a one woman show, not Amazon. I do my best to get items out as quickly as possible, but I also don't control the Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, but I will do my best to get items to you sooner. If you need items quickly, contact me and I will see what I can do.

I'm not satisfied until you are! I stand behind our products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. 

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, manufacturers warranty will become active.

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item (same item). Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
