Because of the personal and intimate nature of the products I sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

For health and safety reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged, including for sizing, fit, preference, or change of mind. Once these products leave my possession, I cannot resell them—and as an independent small business, I cannot absorb returns the way a large retailer can.

Liquids, lubricants, body products, and other consumable items are also final sale. If something arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or otherwise unusable, please contact me so I can work with you on an appropriate resolution.

If a product arrives defective or fails within its manufacturer’s warranty period, please reach out. I will do everything I reasonably can to help troubleshoot the issue and work with the manufacturer when applicable.

If there is a genuine problem with your order, I will always do my best to make the situation right. Depending on the circumstances, that may mean a replacement, manufacturer warranty claim, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate solution. A full refund cannot be guaranteed or offered simply because an item is unwanted, doesn’t fit, or wasn’t what you expected.

Shipping & Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no product names or descriptions on the outside. Because what you order is your business—not your mail carrier’s. 😉

Your package may arrive in a plain white or brown box, or one of my colorful poly mailers in purple, pink, teal, or coral. Regardless of what it arrives in, nothing on the outside will reveal what’s inside.

I’m a small business and keep a limited amount of inventory on hand, so some products are ordered specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks to receive your order, depending on the size of your order and product availability. Many orders will arrive sooner!

Most orders ship directly from Oregon. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer, which means items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping is a flat $9 unless your order qualifies for a shipping discount or promotion. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package and destination.

Once tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information so you can follow your goodies all the way to your door. 💜

⚡ SAFE CHARGING INFORMATION — PLEASE READ

Rechargeable toys purchased from The Ashley Jo must be charged using a LOW-VOLTAGE STANDARD USB WALL ADAPTER ONLY.

🚫 DO NOT use a fast-charging or rapid-charging wall cube. This includes Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, and other phone fast-charging cubes.

Fast chargers can damage the battery, motor, or internal electronics of your toy. Damage caused by using the wrong charging cube is NOT considered a manufacturer defect and will NOT qualify for an exchange or replacement through The Ashley Jo.

Every rechargeable toy comes with the charging cord required for that specific product. Depending on the toy, this may be a standard USB cord, magnetic USB charging cord, USB-C connection, or another manufacturer-provided charging cord. If your rechargeable toy arrives without its charging cord, please contact me and I will make sure you receive one.

💜 Toys priced at $119 or more include ONE appropriate low-voltage charging cube from The Ashley Jo. Any additional or replacement charging cubes are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Your product packaging also contains charging and safety instructions. Please read them before charging your toy for the first time.

Not sure if your charging cube is safe? ASK ME BEFORE YOU PLUG IT IN. Seriously. I’d rather answer the question than have you accidentally fry an expensive toy. 😂💜
